Privacy policy

1. What we store

We store the information you give us to create and deliver your capsules: your email, display name, recipient names and emails, the messages and media you upload, and basic account activity (such as the last time you signed in, used to power Proof of Life).

2. How your data is protected

All capsule media is stored in a private, encrypted bucket. Database access is gated by row-level security policies, meaning only your authenticated account can read your capsules. Recipient links use single-use, time-limited signed URLs.

3. Who we share with

We never sell your data. We share information only with the providers required to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our transactional email provider — and only the minimum necessary in each case.

4. Your rights

You can edit, delete, or permanently remove a draft capsule at any time. Sealed capsules can be deleted but their contents cannot be edited. Contact us to delete your account entirely and erase all associated data.
