Terms of service

1. The service

BeyondVault lets you create digital capsules — messages, audio, video and photos — scheduled to be delivered to chosen recipients on a future date or after a period of inactivity (Proof of Life).

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload. You must own or have the right to share anything you put inside a capsule, and the recipients you choose must be people you have a real relationship with.

3. Payments

BeyondVault charges a one-time legacy fee per capsule (currently $19). Payment is handled by Stripe. Once a capsule is sealed and paid, the fee is non-refundable because storage and delivery infrastructure is reserved for it.

4. Delivery best-effort

We will deliver your capsule when its trigger fires, using the email address you provided. We cannot guarantee that the recipient will receive, open, or act on the email — we can only guarantee that we will send it.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Sealed capsules belonging to a terminated account will not be delivered.
